Domestic Shipping: We ship across the United States. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside of the United States. International shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Delivery Issues: California Stoner Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If there is a shipping error or damage due to our handling, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
